Terms & Conditions (offline promotions)

1) The Client has agreed and understood the offer on "KD Kingdong CUSTOMER LOYALTY PROGRAMME" in its entirety. Further the Client agrees to honour the sale of Minimum 500 and Maximum 2000 KD Kingdong deal card which having validation till Date of Purchase 12 Month. Under all circumstances.


2) The Client acknowledges that the deal will be priced between Rs. 99/- to 49,999/- which will cover all the expenses incurred by KD Kingdong Training, Recruiting, & Distribution of the deal. The Client acknowledges that printing and designing will be done by KD Kingdong.


3)The Manager agrees to provide a survey with question specified by the client for the use in assessing the market.


4)The Manager further agrees to provide proper follow up of customer concerns and/ or queries stemming from the sale of this deal.


5) The Manager is not responsible for any dispute resulting from the neglect or lack of proper service to any customer resulting from The client and the KD Kingdong deal cards non -refundable.


6) This agreement is made in good faith between the two parties for the sale of Minimum 500 and Maximum 2000 KD Kingdong deal cards. Further sale of cards will be only on mutual consent.


7) It is mutually agreed between the two companies that the KD Kingdong Program will not be stopped until the consignment of Minimum 500 and maximum 2000 KD Kingdong Deal Cards are sold.


8) The Client agrees to honor the Scheme even if there is a change in the management or price.


9) In case of client, failing for any reason in period of offers client does not attend customer then the responsibility of customers is of client only.


10) In case ownership (management) of client is changed, new owner has to provide the scheme until expiry date of the offer.


11)The Client undertakes not to launch a similar/same offer in house /across the counter for the entire duration of the KD Kingdong ACTIVITY.


12) Memorandum of Understanding is subject to Mumbai jurisdiction. Terms & Conditions apply.


13) Manager is using logo, and offers of client on KD Kingdong deal card by the permission of client only.


14) Client is agreed that KD Kingdong can upload the same offer to its website.

15) KD Kingdong Private Limited is not responsible for any service fault by our client for our Customers.

Terms & Conditions (online promotions)

1)The Client has agreed and understood the offer on "KD Kingdong PRIVILEGE CUSTOMER LOYALTY PROGRAMME online coupon "in its entirety. Further, the Client, MUMBAI.

2)The Manager further agrees to provide to follow up any customer concerns and or queries stemming from the sale of these privilege certificates.

3) The Manager is for refunds due to lack of attraction of online coupons. (In refund cases online coupons can be cancelled in 72 hours from the time of buy & Payment will be redirected within 3 working days from the time of cancellation to the Mentioned account)

4) This agreement is made in good faith between the two parties for the sale in the contract time.

5) It is mutually agreed between the two companies that the Privilege Customer Loyalty Program will not be stopped until the consignment time expires.

6) The Client agrees to honour the Scheme even if there is a change in the management or price.

7) In case of client, failing for any reason in period of offers the responsibility of entire privilege customers are client only.

8) In case ownership (management) of client is changed, new owner has to provide the scheme until expiry date of the offer.

9)The Client undertakes not to launch a similar / same offer in house / across the counter for the entire duration of the KD Kingdong PROGRAMME.

10) The client acknowledges that KD Kingdong having authority of sms or email agreed offers to customer on behalf of client.

11) The client acknowledges that KD Kingdong having authority to use client's logo for Designing offers.

12) Memorandum of Understanding is subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.

13) KD Kingdong Private Limited is not responsible for any service fault by our client for our Customers.

Customers Kindly pay attention. Direct marketing is a concept of two way services are carried on with us. KD Kingdong is only responsible for marketing services & after service issues will be handled by our clients.
