I came across the quote below and it resonated with me to the extent that I was compelled to share it with you.

At the end of the day whether it is our clients or vendors or our employees, it’s all about how we made them feel in each and every interaction of ours. Every interaction should be an opportunity to create a positive impact in the minds of the recipients so that it leads to developing a bond which will hopefully last for a very long time.
As we “roar” into the new year, let us promise each other to move with renewed energy, a never seen before enthusiasm and an insatiable desire to excel that will catapult us
